Top up Clean Loan 
¨ This facility allowed to Borrower, who are already enjoying loan against equitable mortgage of Property minimum since last 2 years (Housing Loan, Mortgage loan etc.) and had made regular Re-payment of EMI.
¨ Maximum Loan amount will be allowed Rs.4,75,000/- per borrower or Amount of Principal repayment of Existing mortgaged loan till date, whichever is Lower.
¨ Minimum one Guarantor is required.
¨ Interest rate: - Existing term loan interest rate plus 1.00% or 9.00% (floating) whichever is higher will be applicable.
¨ Repayment Term:- Maximum 5 years or remaining repayment period of Existing loan,whichever is earlier will be applicable.
