Clean Loan / Clean Cash Credit
¨ This facility is to be allowed against the personal guarantee of one or two guarantors. Over & above personal liability of the borrower.
¨ Clean cash credit should normally be allowed for business purposes.
¨ Whereas for personal consumption requirements, it would be allowed in the form of loan.
¨ Repayment period should be fixed for 3 to 5 years
¨ Repayment capacity should be judged on the basis of annual family income.
¨ Property Proof of Applicant or Guarantor is mandatory.
