This facility allowed to Borrower, who are already enjoying loan against equitable mortgage of Property minimum since last 1 years (Housing Loan, Mortgage loan etc.) and had made regular Re-payment of EMI.

Loan amount will be decided on repayment of Loan.

On the basis of Latest Valuation report from our approved valuer will be required. Realizable Value will be considered for deciding Loan amount.

Interest rate :- Existing term loan interest rate plus 0.25% or 8.00% (floating) whichever is higher will be applicable.
