This facility allowed to Borrower, who are already enjoying loan against equitable mortgage of Property minimum since last 2 years (Housing Loan, Mortgage loan etc.) and had made regular Re-payment of EMI.

Maximum Loan amount will be allowed Rs.4,75,000/- per borrower or Amount of Principal repayment of Existing mortgaged loan till date, whichever is Lower.

Interest rate: - Existing term loan interest rate plus 0.50% or 9.00% (floating) whichever is higher will be applicable.
