This facility is to be allowed against surrender value of LIC policy.

Our bank’s charge of assignment over LIC policy should be registered with concerned Life Insurance Company and such policy should be deposited with the bank.

No advance should be allowed against policy which cannot be assigned in favour of our bank or whole life policy.

Minimum margin is to be fixed at 10 %.
