HOW ACCOUNT BECOMES INOPERATIVE AND HOW TO ACTIVATE IT
Account becomes inoperative when there is no debit or credit transaction carried out by customer for 2 years. It means customer can no longer have access into this account without reactivation of account. Customer will not be able to modify contact detail,update signature,pay by cheque,or use ATM,Internet without reactivation of account.
To acitvate account , customer will have to visit nearest branch and provide fresh KYC docuements alongwith customer form
