2) Re-Directing / transferring relevant calls to the respective department / concerned employee
3) Keep records of incoming business calls and pass on to the appropriate officer
4) Listen to customer requests, and provide telephonic information.

5) To provide necessary assistance when asked for by the caller

6) Offer special assistance to persons such as those who want make
Outgoing calls from the Head Office.
7) Any other work to be decided by the Bank Management
