Internal Auditor (Ahmedabad Location)
Description
- Extending Pre Audit support to and facilitate in holding of inspection and audit in Branches.
- To carry out Risk Based Internal Audit, Concurrent Audit, Statutory Audit, Income and Expenditure audit of all the benches as per schedule and submit the report to higher authorities.
- Convening and participating in meeting with all other auditor on regular basis and to appraise the Higher Authorities.
- Monitoring & Follow up for speedy rectification of irregularities point out in relevant Inspection reports with branches and placing them before the Higher Authorities
- Follow up of short recovery if any pointed out in various inspection / Audit Reports
- To appraise the Higher Authorities in respect of the issues / observations of the audit
- To guide and educate the operative staff for common irregularities observed during the course of audit.
- Conduct the short duration of training/workshop etc to sensitize the staff members keeping in mind the guidelines of various regulators like RBI, SEBI, FIU etc.

Qualifications
Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Preferred:
i] CAIIB, CA or Inter CA
ii] Retired Nationalized banker having at least one term as Internal Auditor will be preferred.
Iii] Experience in working of CBS environment will be an added advantage
Knowledge: Should be through in Banking Operations including Loans and Advances, RBI guidelines, Banking Systems and procedures
Experience
Should have at least 3/5 years’ experience as an Auditor in any CA firm, Nationalized Bank, financial institution, Insurance Co etc.
Language Proficiency: To read, write and speak in Gujarati is Must but English and Hindi is desirable.
