This facility is to be allowed against the personal guarantee of one or two guarantors. Over & above personal liability of the borrower.

Clean cash credit should normally be allowed for business purposes.

Whereas for personal consumption requirements, it would be allowed in the form of loan.

Repayment period should be fixed for 3 to 5 years

Repayment capacity should be judged on the basis of annual family income.
